An assistant that knows you
The ExoMind assistant works from your mission, goals, strategies and projects, so its advice fits your priorities instead of starting from zero each time.
An operating system for a founder
One person, many products. ExoMind keeps the goals in view and turns requirements into tested, working software.
The idea
A small team cannot hold every goal, deadline and codebase in its head. ExoMind pairs a personal assistant that knows what you are trying to achieve with a software factory that plans, builds and checks the code. People make the decisions; the system carries them out and shows its work.

The software factory
Each product has a plain-language list of what it must do. That list, not a pile of tickets, is what the work is planned from.
An AI planner drafts small tasks with dependencies and acceptance criteria. A second model reviews the plan, splitting tasks that are too big and adding any requirement the plan missed.
Nothing runs until a person approves the plan, from the dashboard or a chat thread.
Coding agents work on each task in its own isolated copy of the repository, so parallel work never collides.
Every task must pass its project's test gate, and the change is reviewed against its acceptance criteria before it is merged.
Verified work is merged and pushed, and products with a deploy target are deployed.
What it does
The ExoMind assistant works from your mission, goals, strategies and projects, so its advice fits your priorities instead of starting from zero each time.
The assistant helps turn decisions into clear product requirements, then hands them to the software factory. It suggests the next step; you press the button.
Routine tasks go to low-cost models; hard ones climb to stronger models after repeated failures, within cost rules you set.
Trace any feature from its requirement to the plan, the tasks, each agent run, the files it touched and the final verdict.
Failures are classified and corrected in the same session; tasks that turn out too big come back as smaller ones for approval.
Chat with the assistant, edit plans and requirements, approve decisions and watch tasks and agents — all running locally on your own machine.
In use at SolarpunkWorks
ExoMind is how SolarpunkWorks plans and builds LitSynth, Root and the rest of our apps. It is in private beta: only approved test accounts can use the dashboard. Please do not try to sign in unless you have been invited.
